| Virtual Live Barre Express Class

Workout from the comfort of your own home with this virtual class! After registering, you will receive a Zoom link invitation to join the class. This 30-minute express barre class is a high-energy, low-impact, fat-burning workout! It’s focus is on intensive isometric movements that sculpt the thighs, tone and firm the glues, flatten the abdominals and define the arms. All fitness levels are welcome!

Note: You will need a sturdy chair for balance. Optional items needed include light hand weights, a small playground ball and a mat for floor work.
